Summer time is one of my favorite times of the year to take photos. The grass is plush, everything is in bloom and the sun stays out a few hours longer.

One of my favorite parts about being a family photographer is having the opportunity to go to new and beautiful places. I came across this beautiful lavender field in Ranger Georgia on one of my trips to East Tennessee. As soon as I saw it I knew I had to plan a session!

We had such a great time running through the field, watching the bumble bees buzz around the lavender blooms and of course smelling all the pleasing types of lavender in which there were several.

Family sessions are so special in the way that it allows the entire family to come together and preserve that exact moment in time.

This location was so beautiful and my clients were very happy with the final images. I will absolutely be making this farm an annual place to visit.
